Recognizing Outstanding Student Service to DOCARE and Global Health Outreach

This award honors a student who has demonstrated exceptional dedication to advancing global health. Recipients embody DOCARE’s mission through their achievements in research, advocacy, leadership, and both local and international service. The award recognizes individuals who exemplify Osteopathic principles and a commitment to improving health outcomes worldwide.

The DOCARE Award Selection Committee will consider all applications for this recognition. All active DOCARE members, as well as DOCARE chapters, may submit a nomination for consideration.

Nominees must be current students in good standing who have contributed meaningfully to global health efforts.

Who Can Nominate?

All active DOCARE Members and DOCARE Chapters are invited to submit nominations.

Submission Requirements

Please include the following information in your nomination form:

• Date of Application
• Name & Email of Nominator
• Name & Email of Nominee
• Number of years associated with DOCARE (specific or approximate if unknown)
• Nominee’s contributions to DOCARE (one page maximum)
• Nominee's CV or Resume

Deadline

All nominations must be submitted by Monday, October 27, 2025, 11:59PM EST, for consideration by the Awards Committee and presentation at DOCARE’s Annual Membership Meeting on November 3, 2025.
