Trip Goal & Overview

This one-week global health outreach trip will take place in San Pedro de Macorís, Dominican Republic, from February 28 – March 7, 2026, with a volunteer application deadline of February 21, 2026. The program focuses on delivering sustainable outpatient primary care to predominantly Haitian plantation communities while providing structured clinical teaching and precepting opportunities for medical students. The week includes three full clinic days, two clinical teaching days, and opportunities for cultural immersion and local experiences.
